The Voice tool in the annotation editor records a spoken note against the photo. Your words are transcribed as you speak, and the note stays attached to the image with its recording and written text together.

Open the Voice tool
Open the photo in the annotation editor and choose Voice. The recording sheet shows the project and space the photo belongs to, so the note is filed in the right context.

Record the note
Speak naturally while the waveform builds. Your words are transcribed as you talk, so you can see the written note take shape underneath.

Review it
Stop the recording, then play it back to check it, or Clear to record again. Done attaches the note to the photo.

Save with the photo
The note sits beneath the photo with its play button and transcribed text. Tap Done on the editor to save it with the rest of the markup against the record.

- ✓The transcript is text you can read at a glance in reports; the recording stays with it for playback.
