Bring the work in
Start a project from the system you quote, sell or order in, so the customer, rooms and products are already there when the surveyor arrives. These connections import into SiteSurvey; they do not write results back.
Integrations 11 connected
Start projects from Jetbuilt, Odoo, InteliOffice or Xero. Copy project files to SharePoint, Google Drive or Dropbox. Put bookings in each person's Google or Outlook calendar. Everything else leaves as CSV, Excel, PDF or Word.

SiteSurvey has 11 integrations, set up in Settings under Integration on The Works plan. Jetbuilt, Odoo, InteliOffice and Xero import projects, customers and products. SharePoint, Google Drive and Dropbox get a folder per project. Google and Outlook calendars receive each person's bookings, one way. Claude or ChatGPT keys can run the built-in AI. There is no public API, webhooks or Zapier; other systems take data from CSV, Excel, PDF or Word exports.

01 · Check your system
Type the system or pick one. If there is no connection, you get the real way to move the data instead.
Or pick one
Connect your Xero organisation by signing in from Settings under Integration. Once connected, Add From Xero on a project's product menu brings items from your Xero catalogue into the project as products. It does not send expenses, time or invoices to Xero.
02 · Connections
Each one has its own page with exactly what it brings in, what it sends out and how to switch it on.

Out and in
A folder per project in the storage your office already uses. Files on the project's Files tab are copied out, and files added to that folder are copied back in. Nothing is ever deleted from SiteSurvey by a change made there.
Out
Each person connects their own calendar, and their SiteSurvey bookings appear in a separate SiteSurvey calendar there. One way: personal events are not read back.
Your key
SiteSurvey's AI works without any setup. If you would rather it ran on your company's own account, an administrator can add your API key, and form summaries and the project assistant use it.
03 · What moves where
The four imports only bring data in. No connection writes survey results back into the other system.

04 · Without an integration
When there is no connection, the exports do the job. Any spreadsheet, accounts package or job system that takes a CSV can read them.

11 today. Jetbuilt, Odoo, InteliOffice and Xero bring projects, customers and products in. SharePoint, Google Drive and Dropbox get a folder per project. Google and Outlook calendars receive each person's bookings. Claude and ChatGPT API keys can run the built-in AI on your own account.
No. Jetbuilt, Odoo, InteliOffice and Xero import into SiteSurvey and write nothing back. Storage connections copy project files out and copy new files in. Calendar sync is one way, from SiteSurvey to the calendar.
Not yet. There is no public API, no outgoing webhooks and no Zapier or Make app. To move data elsewhere, use the CSV and Excel exports or the PDF and Word reports.
In the web dashboard, open Settings and choose Integration. Depending on the service, paste in its API key or sign in to it and approve access. Calendars are connected by each person for their own account, on the web or in the app's settings.
Use the exports. Spaces, products, form answers, expenses and timesheets download as CSV or Excel, and project reports as PDF or Word. Tell us what you run as well: we will say honestly whether a connection is likely.
