Know your trial dates
When you start a trial we email you to confirm the start date, the end date and what you will be charged when it ends. You choose 7 days for £1 or 14 days for £9.99 at sign-up (the same figures in your local currency).

Watch for the reminder
Before the trial ends we email you a reminder with the date and amount of your first payment, so it never comes as a surprise.

Carry on without doing anything
At the end of the trial your subscription to The Works starts automatically on the card you used, billed monthly per user. Your projects, forms, photos and settings all carry on as they were. If you paid £9.99 for a 14-day trial, that amount comes off your first bill.

Cancel before the end if you need to
To stop before the first payment, go to sitesurvey.app/billing, enter your account email and select Email me a billing link. The link opens your billing page, where you can cancel.

If you see “Your free trial has ended”
If a trial ended without a subscription, you see this screen when you sign in. Select Choose a plan to go to the billing page and subscribe. Everything you captured is still there, and the mobile app starts working again as soon as you subscribe.
Good to know
- ✓Want to switch to annual billing? Use the billing link to change plan once your subscription has started.
- ✓If a trial ends without a subscription, the account is kept for a while and we email you before anything is deleted.
- ✓Need more time to decide? Send us a ticket from Support in the web dashboard before your trial ends.
