The shared, location-specific record gives whoever follows up the full evidence and context, and the exported or shared survey record provides what a separate task-management process needs.

The project overview keeps the current stage, survey completion and sign-off status visible in one place, and captured forms, photos, notes and files stay connected to the project, so reviewers have the context they need before the project moves to sign-off.
