A public form link is useful when a customer, subcontractor or visitor needs to submit information without joining your workspace.
  1. 01

    Open the form

Choose the approved form from the Forms area in the web portal.

  2. 02

Open sharing options

Select the option to share or publish the form online.

  3. 03

    Create the public URL

Enable Generate URL while assigning the form. You can also choose password protection, show the Save button and request completion notifications.

  4. 04

    Test the form

Open the link in a private browser window and confirm the questions, required fields and submission action work correctly.

  5. 05

    Share and monitor

Send the link to the intended people and review incoming submissions in SiteSurvey.

Good to know

  • Do not request sensitive information unless the form and sharing process are suitable for it.
  • Disable or replace the public link when it is no longer needed.
