Print and place the stickers
Print QR stickers from the web dashboard and fix one to each product or its position before the visit. Each code carries the product, its project and its site.
- 02
Open the QR Scan tab
Tap QR Scan at the bottom of the app and allow camera access when asked. The scanner reads codes automatically — there is no shutter button to press.
- 03
Point at the sticker
Hold the camera over the sticker. A beep and a vibration confirm the scan, and the app loads the matching product, project and site in the background.
- 04
Check where you are
The active product bar shows the product name with its site and location beneath it. Tap Details to open the full record, including its location and rack, photos and captured data.
- 05
Keep scanning through the space
Each new sticker switches the active product, so you can work across the room item by item. The counter at the bottom tracks what you have scanned this session — tap it to review the list, and use Undo within a few seconds if you scan the wrong code.
Good to know
- ✓Scanning works offline — scans are saved on the device and upload when the connection returns.
- ✓Use the torch button in dark plant rooms and the 1x, 2x or 3x zoom for small or dense stickers.
- ✓Set a Target from the bottom bar when checking a delivery, and the counter tracks progress against the expected quantity.
