Use the password reset option on the sign-in page. The reset email must be opened by the owner of the SiteSurvey account.

Open the sign-in page
Go to admin.sitesurvey.app and choose the forgotten password option.

Enter your account email
Use the same work email address that received the SiteSurvey invitation.

Open the reset email
Check your inbox and spam folder for the password reset message.

Choose a new password
Follow the secure link and set a password you do not use for another service.

Sign in again
Return to SiteSurvey and sign in with the new password.
Good to know
- ✓Contact your workspace administrator if you no longer have access to the invited email address.
