Which calendar systems does SiteSurvey integrate with?

SiteSurvey integrates with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook (including Office 365), and Apple Calendar. Once connected, job assignments created in SiteSurvey appear automatically in each team member's personal calendar, and existing calendar events are reflected back in SiteSurvey as blocked availability. This means schedulers can see a realistic picture of who is free before assigning any job.

The integration is configured at the organisation level by an administrator, but each team member connects their own calendar account. This preserves personal privacy, as SiteSurvey only reads availability data and writes job events, rather than accessing the full contents of a personal calendar.

Multiple calendar accounts are supported per user, which is useful for team members who maintain both a personal and a work calendar. SiteSurvey consolidates availability across all connected accounts and presents a unified view when managers are building the schedule.

Calendar connections are maintained automatically once set up. If a team member reschedules a personal appointment that conflicts with a SiteSurvey job, the conflict is flagged on the scheduling dashboard so a manager can act before it becomes a problem on the day.
