Is my data secure with SiteSurvey?

All data stored in SiteSurvey is encrypted at rest and in transit. Data is stored in GDPR-compliant UK and EU infrastructure, and the platform is built to meet the data handling requirements of regulated sectors including healthcare and facilities management.

Access is controlled with role-based permissions. Account administrators can specify exactly which projects, forms and data each team member can view or edit. Field operatives see only the forms assigned to them; managers see data across the projects they are assigned to; account administrators have full visibility. This means sensitive client data is never visible to staff who do not need it.

Data captured on a mobile device is stored in an encrypted local database until it syncs to the cloud. If a device is lost before syncing, the data on it is protected by the device encryption layer. Remote wipe is available for enrolled devices through your mobile device management policy.

SiteSurvey does not sell or share your data with third parties. Your survey data, client information and reports belong to you and are accessible only to your account users and, where required, SiteSurvey support staff operating under strict access controls.
