When a survey is submitted, SiteSurvey can generate a professional report immediately from the captured data — no manual formatting, no copying data between systems, and no report writing by the surveyor or their manager. The report includes submitted form responses, attached photographs, AR floorplan drawings, annotations and any voice transcriptions captured on site.

Reports are generated as PDF files with your company branding — logo, colours and contact details — applied automatically. You can also export raw data as a CSV file for analysis in Excel or integration into another system. Each report is available in the web portal as soon as the survey is submitted, and can be shared via a secure link or downloaded directly.

The AI-assisted reporting feature goes a step further by reading the submitted field data and generating a written narrative summary in natural language. This turns a set of form responses into a readable report draft, which a manager can review and approve rather than write from scratch.
