Photograph a receipt in the SiteSurvey app and it reads the supplier, date, total and each priced line, then files the cost against the project.
Yes. In the SiteSurvey mobile app, open the project the cost belongs to, choose Add New and then Expense, and photograph the receipt. SiteSurvey reads it and fills in the expense for you to check before saving.
Because the expense is added inside the project, it is filed against that job from the start, and can be attached to a particular space such as a room or plant area. The receipt photograph is kept in the project's Files tab as evidence.
Field teams use it for materials from the merchant, fuel and parking, equipment hire and subcontractor invoices, so the cost is on the job before anyone leaves the counter rather than in a pocket until month end.
