The library holds your approved products. The Assets tab shows where they ended up: every product placed in a space, on every project, with its data points.

Open the Assets tab
In the web portal, open Products and switch from Library to Assets.

Find what you need
Search, or filter by customer, site and space. Each row shows the product, model, category, customer, site, space, quantity, status, PO and SO numbers and data points.

Open an item
Select Open to see the product on its project, with its forms, files and data points.

Export
Export CSV downloads the assets with their data points. For one project, use Export CSV or Excel on the project's Products tab instead.
Good to know
- ✓Assets are products placed in spaces, so add products to spaces on each project to see them here.
- ✓SiteSurvey does not track stock levels or reorder points.
