Not today. Customers do not get a SiteSurvey login. You send them links instead: forms to fill in, Walk Cam inspections, files and booking reminders.
Not today. SiteSurvey does not give your customers their own login or portal to see their projects. Customer contacts cannot sign in to see their projects.
Instead, you send customers links that open in a browser with nothing to install: a form to fill in, with an optional password; a Walk Cam inspection they can play point by point; a project file to download; or a booking reminder whose link asks your site questions. Product QR labels let anyone on site report a fault or record a move.
Reports go as documents: download the project report as PDF or Word and send it, or share the saved copy from the project's Files tab as a link.
