Not by direct sync. SiteSurvey does not send expenses to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or any other accounts package. Instead, export them as CSV or Excel and import or hand the file to your accounts team.
You can export one project from its Expenses view, where each receipt line gets its own row with the category, space, supplier, reference, date and amount. Or export several projects at once from Reporting, Expenses, using the period, project, customer and category filters.
SiteSurvey does connect to Xero, but only to add items from your Xero catalogue to a project as products. It does not send expenses, time or invoices to Xero.
