Add company stickers to photos

Upload your own symbols once in Settings—hazard marks, equipment icons, status badges—and the whole team can drop them onto photos from the annotation editor.

Stickers are your company's reusable images, uploaded in the web portal and sorted into categories. Once a sticker is active, everyone can place it on a photo from the annotation editor—so the same symbol means the same thing on every survey.
  1. 01

    Open the sticker library

In the web portal, go to Settings and choose Stickers. The library lists every sticker with its preview, category and status.

  2. 02

    Add a sticker

Select Add New, upload the image, give it a name the team will recognise and pick a category—or type a new category name and Add Category to create one. Save & Close adds it to the library.

  3. 03

    Activate it

New stickers are added with an Inactive status. Switch the status to Active so the sticker appears in the mobile app for the whole team.

  4. 04

    Place it on a photo

On the phone, open the photo in the annotation editor and choose Sticker. Pick the symbol from the tray and it drops onto the image—drag it into position and pinch to resize.

    Save the markup

Tap Done. The sticker is saved with the annotation against the record, alongside any drawings, labels, measurements and voice notes on the same photo.

Good to know

  • Build the library before the team leaves for site—stickers download when the app is online.
  • Use categories to keep the tray short: one per trade or asset type works well.
  • The Stickers page holds images for annotating photos and floor plans—it is not related to the QR labels printed for products.
