Does SiteSurvey offer workflow templates?

Yes. SiteSurvey includes ready-made workflow templates for common project types, including construction, healthcare, retail, facilities management, and utilities. You can use a template as-is or customise it to match your own process.

Each template includes a pre-defined task sequence, default assignee roles, and suggested form attachments based on how similar teams structure their projects. Templates are available for both simple linear workflows and more complex multi-branch projects that require parallel task execution.

Once a template is applied to a project type, every new project of that type starts with the same workflow automatically. This removes the setup burden for project managers and ensures consistency across the team, regardless of who creates the project.

Administrators can create custom templates from scratch using the visual workflow builder, or save any existing configured workflow as a reusable template for future projects.
