Start from the project containing the approved space and product structure. The add-on uses that live data to build the BOQ.

Check the project in SiteSurvey
Confirm the required spaces, products and quantities are present before opening Excel.

Open the add-on
Launch the SiteSurvey add-on from your Excel workbook and sign in if required.

Select the project
Choose the customer and project you want to use as the BOQ source.

Choose the data
Select spaces, products and any additional data points that should appear in the document.

Generate and review
Create the BOQ, then check the workbook headings, quantities and grouping before sharing it.
Good to know
- ✓Use clear space and product names in SiteSurvey because these become part of the BOQ.
- ✓Save the workbook after the first successful generation.
